Was POLS 4390. A continuation of PLSC 48053 ; from Edmund Burke to the present, emphasizing the more recent political theories and systems of democracy, communism, and socialism. Dual listed in the Graduate Catalog as PLSC 59053 (was POLS 5390).

Prerequisites: PLSC 20003  or junior standing.
