PSYC 42543 - (was 4325) Personnel Psychology

Three credit hours.

Was PSYC 4325. Analysis of industrial psychology in terms of personnel work. Topics include predictors and related issues, criteria and related issues, statistical analysis for selection and placement, testing, interviews and other non-test procedures, personnel development, and attitude measurement. Dual listed in the Graduate Catalog as PSYC 52543 (was PSYC 5325).

Prerequisites: PSYC 20043 , three hours of statistics.
