Was PSYC 4363. An analysis of the interplay of individuals and the organizations for which they work. Topics include job satisfaction, motivation, morale, leadership, group dynamics, conflict, communication, union-management relations, and organizational growth and development.

Prerequisites: PSYC 20043 or instructor consent.
