SOCI 30103 - (was 3334) Social Problems


Three credit hours.

Was SOCI 3334. Application of sociological principles to the study of social problems, such as juvenile delinquency, sex-based inequality, educational systems, ethnic groups, ethnic group conflict, crime, industrial conflict and unemployment, poverty, and the maintenance of a free society. ACTS was SOCI 2013 (ACTS course will satisfy content, but does not qualify for upper-level equivalency)

Prerequisites: SOCI 10103 .
