ECEG 35603 - (was 3356) Electromagnetic Fields and Waves

Three hours lecture. Three credit hours.

Was ECEG 3356. Vector algebra and vector calculus; electrostatics, magnetostatics, Maxwell’s equations for time-varying fields, plane-wave propagation; transmission lines; wave reflection and transmission; radiation, and antennas.

Prerequisites: ECEG 21503  and MATH 26004 .
