Program Requirements

A minor in real estate for students majoring outside the COB requires ECON 22003  and ECON 21003 , FINC 3310 , FINC 3370 , FINC 4371 , and FINC 4372 . Students should be aware that ECON 21043  (or its equivalent) is a prerequisite for FINC 3310  and that MATH 1342  (or its equivalent) is a prerequisite for ECON 21043 .
