ARAD 45003 - (was 4350) Advanced Ceramics I

Three credit hours.

Was ARAD 4350. Comprehensive exploration of building and firing techniques for the creation of both utilitarian vessels and nonfunctional ceramic sculptures. There will be further emphasis on exploring ceramic studio tools and techniques and continued exploration of clay and glaze formulation and application. Also addresses both traditional and alternative tiring processes.

Prerequisites: ARAD 35003 .
