Was CHEM 4120. Laboratory techniques will involve plasmid transformation, protein purification using chromatography, measurement of protein concentrations, enzyme kinetic studies, and gel electrophoresis study of proteins. Dual listed in the Graduate Catalog as CHEM 52031 (was CHEM 5120).
Prerequisites: CHEM 21033 , CHEM 36203 , and either CHEM 36201 or CHEM 35032 with a grade of C or greater.
