Was CHEM 4320. A basic course covering the chemistry of metabolism of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, and nucleic acids and the action of vitamins, hormones, and enzymes. Dual listed in the Graduate Catalog as CHEM 52133 (was CHEM 5320).

Prerequisites: CHEM 36201 and CHEM 36203 with a grade of C or greater.
