Was CNMG 4323. An introduction to construction project control and administration through computer applications. Topics include project team development, standard agreements, contract document utilization, record keeping, submittals, subcontract management, purchasing, expediting, change orders, claims, progress payments, closeout, and internet-based project control. Fall and Spring.
