SOCI 33003 - (was 3381) Social Statistics


Three credit hours.

Was SOCI 3381. Basic statistical techniques and their corresponding theoretical premises which are often used in statistical reasoning in sociology. Qualitative variables, characteristics of attributes, measures of their variation, correlation, and tests of significance are stressed.

Prerequisites: SOCI 10103 . Recommended: MATH 11103  or equivalent.
