NURS 25082 - (was 2250) Competency for Entry into Prac Two credit hours.
Focuses on supporting the transition to practicing nursing through synthesis of knowledge. Students will demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the program competencies of patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, teamwork and collaboration, safety, quality improvement, and informatics. Comprehensive review will support student readiness for the NCLEX-RN examination. Five weeks. Two theory.
Prerequisites: NURS 21084 , NURS 22084 , and CHEM 10234 or CHEM 10544 . Prerequisite or Corequisite: NURS 25095 and BIOL 20194 .
